Surprise Visit

Dear Diary,

 Hana-chan and Uo-chan and I decided to go out for dinner last night. We had no idea where to go, and Uo-chan suggested a place called ‘The Beef Pot’. Megumi-san said that sounded good, so we went there.

 But we never expected Shishou-san to be there! I suppose he’s out there because Tomoda-san is on holidays, and…and…well, Shishou-san isn’t too good at cooking. Anyway, Shishou-san was very kind and paid for our dinner! Heh…Hana-chan was very happy about encountering him there, too.

Megumi-san remarked that he’d never seen his older sister so happy before, unless she was spending time with either me or Uo-chan. I wonder if that’s a good thing…? Shishou-san also looked very, very happy, so I’m glad for them! Uh, I don’t think Kyou-kun takes to Hana-chan speaking to his master, though…

 Speaking of Kyou-kun, I saw him at school today. He looked worn out. I wonder if he’s been training extra hard at the dojo recently? That would’ve explained for how thin he looks, but Shishou-san said he hasn’t seen Kyou-kun all this week. Maybe Yuki-kun’s cooking isn’t making Kyou-kun feel better…

I hope he feels okay soon. I asked Shishou-san to make sure that Shigure-san, Yuki-kun and Kyou-kun were all alright. But Shishou said there was one condition, and that was that I visit him tomorow evening, at his dojo.

I agreed happily. I wonder what he wants? Maybe I should ask for karate lessons…Oh, and did I say? Hana-chan invited Shishou-san over for dinner in two days time…that will be interesting!
