Wow, it’s been so long since we updated!

So sorry you guys. Life and work had been taking too much of each and everyone’s time but no, we haven’t left (or died). All of the action just seem to happen to our beloved Forum and our sister scanlation site Aerandria has its hands full in keeping screaming fan girls away from the quiet place of Winglica. Hehe, how many times have that happened ne, Licorne? XD

AS FOR THE SITE UPDATES:

* The pending fanlisting applications, I will conquer afterwards (there are too many! XD )

FORUM UPDATES:

* It’s the Out of Character (OOC) Month at Winglica, wherein mayhem ensues among roleplayers because of the PG-13 rating lifted off for the month of August. Yes, lifted, meaning we could actually go R-18 with the character roleplays ~ cough cough ~ Enough said.

You could still join in the OOC mayhem!

AERANDRIA UPDATES:

* We need people to help with the scanlation, translation, editing, etc. of upcoming manga projects. If you think you have what it takes to be one great manga scan producer, then join in the family! I assure you, your co-aerandrian staff won’t bite and the times you’ll have there will greatly benefit your personality… you’ll just go insane. LOL

I’ve brought back the ‘Ask your Favorite Fruits Basket Character’ page for all those clamoring to ask the characters. With the new system, though, I need to ask the Roleokayers to please go to the forum and PM me regarding instruction on logging in to the new system of the FAQs. Thanks everyone!

The 18th English volume for the manga of Fruits Basket is now available as a pre-order by its English publisher, Tokyopop. It will be available for release on November 13, 2007. If you would like to pre-order a copy, please click on this link. ^^

The time has come for the ultimate RP party!

The event is called OOC Month. Every character is welcome, original or not, to let down their hair and just go wild. Akito can give everyone hugs. Haruhi can run around in a bikini. Mitskuni Anise can finally be Honey’s sister! Kyouya can cozy up to Yuki Eiri and start an affair!

The pairings can be as creative, even more with the plots. The PG-13 restriction has been lifted for OOC Month, so that means R-rated roleplays are very much open to anyone who wishes to have them.

Will OOC RPers get to keep their characters when it’s over? If they wish to.
Who can participate? ANYONE

Yes. Anyone. Current RPers holding a character may continue to play their characters and apply for another for as long as the roleplayers can handle them. To ease the burden of those with multiple regular RP threads, they have the option of putting them on hold for the duration of OOC Month. This is basically an event where everyone can relax and have fun! <3

So if you’re looking for your usual Fruits Basket fix, head on over to the character shrines and dive into the lives of the Fruits Basket characters. Or better yet, apply for a Fruits Basket character right after you’ve read the rules for application and application formats. Everything should be up and working within 24 hours, hopefully. ^^”
